Payam-E-Afghan TV is a popular satellite television channel based in Los Angeles, California which also serves Afghan Americans and the greater Afghan diaspora of the world. The name "Payam-E-Afghan" is its brand, taken from the Persian word "payam" meaning "Afghan message" or "Message from Afghanistan."

Payam-E-Afghan has a notable history of its association with Seddique Mateen, the father of Orlando Nightclub Shooter, Omar Mateen. His show was called "Durand Jirga," named for Afghanistan's Durand Line border, where he expressed anti-Pakistan sentiments.
